Order:

You order online at WWW.SJOPPII.COM and you are responsible for pick-up or transport with an independent carrier.
When you make an order, you subsequently decide who will be responsible for transport.
You can choose to pick up your order at our pick-up point in Harrislee - Germany
You will receive an order confirmation in your inbox, which you must use when you pick up your item. Please provide name, email and order number if you are writing until you write to us.
When you accept purchase and payment, you also confirm that you are over 18.
Payment:
When you place an order, you pay online by card. We will continuously offer other payment options.
We only deduct the money from your account when we have packed your order and it is ready for collection - either by you or the carrier you have chosen to collect. Should it happen that we can not deliver all your goods, we will try to contact you to possibly find replacement goods and if we do not deliver your entire order, then you do not pay for those goods - they are simply not deducted from your account.
If you wish to withdraw your order before we packed it, the order will be canceled and we will not withdraw the money.

Pickup:
Collection of goods takes place in our warehouse by "delivery". Follow the arrows up to our green warehouse. Here you will be received by one of our employees who will find your order, as well as check passports or driving licenses if you have ordered bottle-fee free cans and the like. Then you sign, pack the goods in the car drive home. Easy, fast, safe and secure!

Changes or cancellation of the order:

When we hand over your goods, you sign that what is handed out is the right order. Therefore, please check the delivered item thoroughly so that it matches the ordered one.

Control of the goods
When picking up the goods, please check that you have received the goods you have ordered, and that the packaging is complete and unbroken and that the goods appear undamaged. If in doubt, contact an employee.we already said that in “please check your order”
SJOPPII.COM is responsible for the goods until they are transferred to you or a third party. With your or a 3rd party's signature for reception of the goods in undamaged condition, the responsibility for the goods passes to you. Also if a 3rd party transporter takes the goods
Return policy
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal / return if the item is returned in original packaging and in substantially the same condition as it was when you received it.
You are responsible for returning to us, and we will refund you the price of the item at the time of purchase.
Prices & taxes
All price indications include German VAT and other German taxes. Prices are daily prices already said that. SJOPPII.COM reserves the right to make printing errors, tax changes, sold-out items, etc.
All market prices in Finland are in relation to normal prices seen in K-group, S-group, Alko. We already sait that above!!!
When buying goods from Germany, consumers in Finland must pay excise duties.
