Yes, you can pay with the usual credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and also with Mobilepay.

Yes, you can pick up your own items. When you do so, please contact customer service, so we ensure a quick delivery.

Where can I pick up my items?

You do it here: c/o LogCom GmbH, Gewerbegrund 3, 24955 Harrislee. It's just across the border at Padborg. Collection of goods takes place at our warehouse by delivery. Follow the arrows up to our green warehouse.

Why do I have to book shipping separately?

When you shop at Sjoppii, you trade online border shopping from Germany. This means that it is a legal requirement that the purchase of goods and the purchase of transport are separated into 2 transactions. First you buy your goods from Sjoppii and then you buy your transport from fi/Hurtig-Levering.dk.

What do I do if my goods don't come??

Accepted Answer

You can always contact us. We can inform you, when the item has been picked up from us. If the item has been picked up, you must contact the carrier you have entered into an agreement with. Unfortunately, Sjoppii must have nothing to do with transport.

How much alcohol and tobacco can I buy from Sjoppii??

Accepted Answer

As long as the goods are for private use/consumption,you are free to move these goods to any location within the European Union, including your home address, without paying any additional taxes (principle of free movement of goods). Read more under Terms and conditions.

What do I do if something is missing from the order??

You will contact our customer service at: hello@Sjoppii.com or by telephone on +45 61 106 107. Our phones are open from: 9:00 - 13:00. Unfortunately, we cannot ship goods as we are not allowed to be involved in shipping, but we ensure that you are credited and that means that the money is returned to the credit card you have used.

When can I pick up my items?

Accepted Answer

If you want to pick up your own goods, we'd like to know, so we'll be ready when you get here. You can pick up every weekday between 10:00 - 18:00 at our warehouse at the address.
